Welcome to Myhamsafar matrimonial services, owned and operated by MyHamsafar (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). By using Myhamsafar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”), whether or not you register as a member (“User” or “Member”). Please read this Agreement carefully before registering.

By registering with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement. MyHamsafar includes its website, mobile applications, software, and associated services designed for matrimonial purposes only. If you do not agree with the terms herein or the Privacy Policy, please do not register or use our services.

Acknowledgement of Terms of Use
This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms for your use of the MyHamsafar services. This Agreement may be modified at any time without notice. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

You may withdraw consent to this Agreement by contacting our administrator in writing. Upon withdrawal, your access to the site will be revoked. Any Agreement signed before the withdrawal remains legally valid.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the internet, and any charges related to connectivity. MyHamsafar’s role is to provide limited access to its platform and services. Profile approvals are at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

Eligibility
The person for whom the profile is created must be at least 18 years old or of legal marriageable age per local laws. MyHamsafar supports only lawful matrimonial connections. Divorcees must upload a certified copy of their divorce decree. We do not verify uploaded legal documents; it is the User’s responsibility to verify them independently.

By using MyHamsafar, you confirm that you are not convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude or listed as a sex offender. MyHamsafar may terminate your membership if you misrepresent your eligibility or violate terms, without refund.

Effective 18th September 2020, Aadhaar authentication is required. In its absence, you may provide a PAN card, Passport, or Driving License. Pre-existing members must also provide valid identification. MyHamsafar may, at its discretion, verify background checks using public records.

Membership: Term, Fee, and Security
MyHamsafar serves as a platform for users genuinely interested in marriage. It is not a dating or matchmaking agency. Information uploaded is not verified and must be used at your own risk. We assume all users have bona fide matrimonial intentions.

Registration is free with limited features. Paid members will have enhanced access, subject to document verification (such as Aadhaar or equivalent). Failure to verify identity may restrict paid features such as viewing contact details.

You authorize MyHamsafar to charge your selected payment method and correct billing errors. All taxes applicable will be charged to the user. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including misuse, misbehavior, or service violation.

Service Provider reserves the right to terminate any account without notice in case of misconduct, forced communication, or breach of the Agreement. Termination does not entitle members to refunds. Some data may remain stored for compliance purposes.

Public Data & Legal Compliance
Information uploaded to MyHamsafar is accessible via the internet. In case of any fraud investigation or government request, data may be disclosed without prior notice to the member.

Chat & Communication
Only paid members can initiate chats. Chat is allowed only when both users consent. After an initial meeting or call, further arrangements are only made with mutual interest. For non-members, we are not obligated to coordinate any communication.

Non-commercial Use
MyHamsafar is strictly for personal, matrimonial use. Commercial usage, data scraping, or promotional contact is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Account Security
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and profile details. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access. We are not liable for any damages from account misuse. Caution is advised when using public devices or shared logins.
