TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING MEMBERSHIP OF HAMSAFAR MATRIMONIAL SERVICE
Please read the following terms and conditions herein very carefully before proceeding. My Hamsafar Matrimonial services & consultants and its affiliates provide their services under the conditions in this agreement, which sets out the legally binding terms for your Membership. By impliedly or expressly accepting these terms, you also agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by them regardless of how you use My Hamsafar Matrimonial Services & Consultants. The terms and conditions, including the applicable policies incorporated herein by reference, are subject to modification from time to time without any prior notice.
As used in this agreement, “You” means Applicant / Member, and “We,” “Us,” or “Hamsafar” means My Hamsafar Matrimonial Services & Consultants.

1) Member Information and Accuracy
You acknowledge that effective matchmaking by Hamsafar services depends upon you furnishing true, accurate, current, and complete information and photographs.
We assure you that we shall try our best and endeavor to help you find the most suitable match, but as we all know, marriages are made in heaven; hence we cannot guarantee finding a match.
Hamsafar does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage.
Hamsafar’s responsibility is restricted only to offering matchmaking profiles to members based on the partner preferences specified. Hamsafar cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of its services.

ELIGIBILITY
1) 18 years and above (for girls and women) and 21 years for boys or men.
2) You are not disabled by any law from entering into a marriage.
3) You have gone through the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
4) When you use any current or future business affiliated with Hamsafar Matrimonial Services, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such services.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
1) When you register with Hamsafar Matrimonial Services or send emails or messages to us, you are communicating with us electronically.
2) You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate via email, phone, or posting notices, and you agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written correspondence.
3) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership details and activities. Hamsafar reserves the right to refuse service, terminate membership, or remove content at its sole discretion.

LENGTH OF MEMBERSHIP
1) You continue to be a member for the duration for which you pay.
2) Validity of paid membership is based on months.
3) Once your membership ends, you will not be entitled to further service.

PRIVACY OF MEMBERSHIP
1) The services are strictly for the personal use of individual members. Any illegal or unauthorized use may lead to termination and forfeiture of payment.
2) Hamsafar does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims made by Members regarding their particulars such as age, income, location, or photographs.
3) If membership is terminated due to a breach of agreement, the applicant will not be entitled to any refund of unused membership fees.
4) Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may lead to suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of fees without notice.
5) We value your privacy — your contact details are shared only after obtaining your consent.
6) Members are expected to verify credentials of prospects such as family, education, financial status, character, and health.
7) Any additional information required for profile management must be provided promptly. Delay will be borne by the applicant/member.
8) Hamsafar is restricted to offering matchmaking profiles based on stated preferences and does not guarantee specific results.
9) Members must disclose health records, including pre-existing illnesses or disabilities. Non-disclosure will lead to suspension.
10) Data of Hamsafar Matrimonials cannot be used for commercial purposes or circulated to non-members. Legal action will be taken for misuse.
11) Full payment must be made to begin receiving matches. Failure to pay the balance within 10 days of partial payment leads to cancellation without refund.
12) No obligation binds Hamsafar to provide a definite number of responses matching a member’s profile.
13) Hamsafar reserves the right to alter its service or consultation charges at any time.
14) Meetings or communications will be arranged only after approval from both parties.
15) Hamsafar is not liable for any misrepresentation or wrong match arising due to false data provided by any member.
16) Hamsafar reserves the right to initiate civil or criminal proceedings in case of harm or defamation caused to its brand or team.
17) The service is strictly for matrimonial purposes — not dating, friendship, or live-in relationships.
18) A maximum of fifteen proposals will be provided upon first registration.
19) Members cannot contact other members without notifying Hamsafar.
20) Using abusive, obscene, or threatening language towards other members or staff will lead to suspension of membership.
21) You are solely responsible for the information provided by you.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
1) Upon enrollment, Hamsafar shall assist you with matchmaking during the membership period.
2) Suggestions made by Hamsafar are based on data provided by other members. Exercise due care while proceeding with finalizing a match.
3) To protect members’ interests, Hamsafar will communicate only with registered applicants.
4) Members must refrain from financial transactions, physical relationships, or sharing bank details with prospects before marriage.
