All data submitted by users is assumed to be genuine and voluntarily shared for the purpose of seeking matrimonial alliances.The company will not be liable in case any unsuitable or incorrect match is suggested or made due to any misrepresentation, concealment, or falsified details submitted by the applicant or their representative. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure the integrity of the information provided. The validity of an application with Myhamsafar shall be for a period of one year from the date of registration. Applicants may request an extension or renewal in writing, subject to the discretion of the company, without any additional charges.In instances where a match or suggestion is shared that does not align with the stated preferences of the applicant, such communication shall not be considered a formal proposal and will not be counted among the provided options. Each applicant or their family member or representative has the full right and responsibility to verify the credentials, background, and claims of any potential match introduced by Myhamsafar. If any false or misleading information is discovered in the profile of an applicant, all services rendered under this agreement may be suspended or withdrawn, and appropriate action may be taken at the discretion of the company.All applicants must ensure that their registration form is duly and accurately completed before submission. Incomplete applications will not be considered valid and the missing information must be provided within fifteen days from the date of the initial submission. If the required information is not furnished within this period, the initial deposit made by the applicant will stand forfeited. Any changes to personal information or current status must be promptly informed to the company. If any applicant fails to notify Myhamsafar about such changes, the company reserves the right to withhold or terminate the profile from further consideration.Myhamsafar retains the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any membership or profile if it is found to be against the interest of the company or the community it serves. It is the duty of the applicant and their family to ensure that the individuals involved have attained the legal age of marriage as defined under Indian law. The company also reserves the right to make changes to, suspend, or remove any of the additional or complimentary services it offers as part of its matchmaking process, at any point in time, as it deems necessary.There is no obligation on the part of the company to provide a specific number of options or matches if suitable candidates matching the applicant’s stated preferences are not available in the existing database. Each new applicant shall be entitled to receive up to twenty-five responses or profiles at the time of their initial registration, depending on availability. In case any applicant or their representative becomes aware of incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information presented by any other applicant, they are expected to report the matter to the company without delay.The company will not disclose or provide any information about other applicants unless prior written consent has been obtained from the concerned party. All disputes or disagreements arising from or related to the services offered by myhamsafar.in shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The provisions outlined in the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act shall apply wherever relevant. The company retains the absolute right to approve or reject any application at its discretion without the need to furnish any explanation. Furthermore, all processing fees, registration charges, and membership fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
