The payments made by you are non-refundable in any circumstances and no claims shall be entertained. Once you make the payments and send emails to us you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email, by calling you, or by posting letters. You agree that all agreements, notices and other communication that we provide you satisfy any legal requirement. You are requested to immediately complete the formalities required by us. After making payment you automatically become a member. If you choose to terminate your membership, the membership fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.

If the database does not have responses that correspond to the member's bio data or match the desired profile, then no obligation binds Hamsafar Matrimonials to provide a definite number of proposals to the member. Hamsafar Matrimonials takes no responsibility in vouching for any individual particulars of the prospective match. The proposals are shown on suitability and availability. Meetings and communications will be arranged after the approval of photograph and resume from both the parties. The member is not allowed to call or email any other Hamsafar Matrimonials member without informing Hamsafar Matrimonials.

If Hamsafar Matrimonials terminates your membership because you have breached the rules of Hamsafar Matrimonials, you will not be entitled to any refund. Membership will automatically be suspended if the member sends abusive, threatening, obscene or sexually oriented messages to other members or to Hamsafar Matrimonials. Hamsafar Matrimonials is genuinely for matrimonial purposes only and not for dating or friendship. Membership of Hamsafar Matrimonials can be taken by cash, cheque or by remittance of fees into our account. To start receiving matches, full payment has to be made. Any part payment made to us where the balance is not paid within fifteen days will automatically cancel the member's service.

The member will have to provide a complete health check-up when asked. You are requested to kindly acknowledge the email sent to you within seven days, failing which future correspondence from Hamsafar would be kept on hold until further clarification. If not answered for more than thirty days, the membership will be considered cancelled without notification. Candidates have to make a follow-up call or email every week to check new updates. Adverts, if any, in newspapers or any other media have to be paid for by the member. Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. Terms, charges and conditions are subject to change from time to time.
