Once the membership fee is paid and the invoice is generated, it shall be deemed non-refundable under all standard circumstances. All matrimonial services requested by members are initiated only after a clear understanding and agreement regarding the nature of services, expectations, and the associated fee. Once services are approved and commenced, the corresponding fees are considered consumed and are not subject to refund.In the event of a technical error during the online payment process—such as multiple debits to the user’s card or bank account, or if an excess amount is charged in a single transaction due to a system issue—only the excess amount, excluding payment gateway or banking charges, will be eligible for refund. Such refunds will be processed only upon submission of a valid refund application by the user, including relevant transaction details and the original receipt generated at the time of payment.Users requesting a refund for excess payments must email their request to support@myhamsafar.in with complete documentation, including the payment reference number and bank transaction proof. Each application will be carefully reviewed by our team, and if found to be valid, the eligible refund will be processed through electronic transfer to the user's original mode of payment. This process generally takes 10–15 working days from the date of receiving the request. The final decision regarding any refund lies solely with myhamsafar.in.It is important to note that the registration amount is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or duration of the service. By registering on myhamsafar.in, users agree to this refund policy and understand that no claims shall be entertained regarding the refund of registration or membership fees once the service is initiated or invoice is generated.myhamsafar.in is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform for its members. We encourage users to exercise discretion and personal judgment when interacting with other members. In case of any profile found to be misleading or containing incorrect information, users are advised to use the ‘Report Abuse’ feature and refrain from engaging with such profiles. Our team takes such reports seriously and may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of such accounts.We strongly advise all members to avoid sharing sensitive financial details such as bank account numbers, credit card information, or personal identification documents, unless explicitly required by our Relationship Managers for profile verification purposes. myhamsafar.in will never request login passwords or personal OTPs, either via phone or email. Any suspicious activity or impersonation should be immediately reported to our support team.myhamsafar.in is only a platform for preliminary introduction and exchange of information. Users are expected to conduct their own due diligence before taking any commitment or entering into any legal or financial arrangement. The authenticity of information displayed on user profiles is not guaranteed by the company, and users accept full responsibility for verifying any such details before proceeding further.myhamsafar.in reserves the right to reject or terminate any profile if any false information is discovered or if any user is found violating the terms of service. For identity verification purposes, relevant documents may be requested by your Relationship Manager, and non-compliance may result in immediate termination of your membership.
